As a child Simon Ghanimian wanted to become an engineer, but by age fifteen he realized he had an underlying passion for diamonds. Years later, Simon went on to work for high profile jewelers in New York and then, in 1981, moved to Los Angeles and opened is own company. "Whether I create a wedding band or a neckpiece, I design each piece of jewelry with the hope it will become an heirloom."
