This laughing crescent moon 18k and 14k gold pendant hangs on a 24″ 14k white gold chain.  The shining star is set with 0.16ctw diamonds.  The pendant is approximately  1 1/2″ in length and was designed by Paula Dawkins for Jewels That Dance.
