Customer Service

customer service (1)At Jewels That Dance, we make every effort to offer impeccable customer service.  We know that, without you, we would not enjoy the success we do.  Stop in, relax and enjoy the casual ambiance of the store while we tend to your jewelry needs.

Product Availability:  Jewels That Dance strives to have the items on our website available for immediate shipment.  Due to the nature of designer jewelry, many pieces are made to order. Often designer jewelry can take 4 to 6 weeks, sometimes longer for delivery, as the piece is being made just for you.   We want to ensure that your jewelry is perfect for you, and not rush our designers, so please plan ahead for special occasions.

Returns and Exchanges:  You may exchange an item for another item or a store credit, within 30 days of purchase from Jewel That Dance.  Jewels That Dance will not exchange items that show signs of wear or alteration.

Special Orders and Custom Design: All special orders and custom design pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Paula Dawkins Fine Jewelry

Hi, I’m Paula Dawkins. Thanks so much for visiting Jewels That Dance and for all your support over the past 36 years.  After a wonderful run in downtown Asheville, Carol and I decided it was time to close Jewels That Dance.  After making this decision, I realized I wasn’t quite ready to stop doing what I so love: making jewelry!  I’ve decided to stay put in my studio and open a custom design and fine jewelry repair shop.  Pete, our master jeweler, is joining me and we invite you to visit Paula Dawkins Fine Jewelry.  We hope to see you soon.
